The perception of luxury here is misleading. this place feels more like an apartment complex than a full-fledged resort. The tiny, shaded pools hardly let in any sunlight and often feature floating debris. The rooms are cramped and poorly lit, lacking enough outlets for charging devices by the bed. Additionally, the location's access to the beach requires a golf cart ride or a longer walk, and there aren't any nearby facilities at the beach itself. Housekeeping may not replenish items regularly, leading to an unnecessary hassle of having to ask for basic necessities.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always available to assist, whether it was for beach towels or recommendations for local dining. The proximity to Grace Bay beach was a highlight, and the golf cart service made getting there a breeze, despite the slightly bumpy ride. The only drawback was the sandy floors in the apartment, so I recommend bringing indoor slippers to keep things clean.

I had a good stay at Oasis in Grace Bay! The room was modern and comfortable with a lovely private patio. Staff provided really good service, ensuring we had everything we needed. Only downside, beach access could improve. Would return for the charming atmosphere!

The room was super clean with a huge kitchen and balcony. There’s a lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. They have a golf cart to take you to Grace Bay beach, where they set up your loungers and offer chilled water. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making the experience really special.
